Playboi Carti Merch Goes Back to the Neon Tour and Whole Lotta Red
Playboi Carti is taking it back to the good old days. Older Playboi Carti merch has landed on Interscope’s website, including pieces from his Neon Tour during the Die Lit era and his Whole Lotta Red era. The release follows yesterday’s YVL x BAPE drop, giving fans another collection to browse just a day later.
These pieces were also available at ComplexCon. If you missed the event, you now have another chance to pick them up through Interscope’s online store.
The selection stretches beyond the throwbacks, too. Alongside the Neon Tour designs are graphic tees, Opium branding, a MUSIC baby tee, and accessories ranging from blankets to an Antagonist scarf.
Neon Tour Merch Takes It Back to the Die Lit Era
For fans who have been following Carti since Die Lit, the Neon Tour pieces are likely the first stop.
The Neon Butterfly Tee is listed at $50, featuring oversized green lettering over a colorful butterfly graphic on a black shirt. The Face Burn Long Sleeve and Lady Witch Long Sleeve are both listed at $100, with green graphics across the front and Neon Tour lettering down the sleeves.
These designs bring back a very specific chapter of Carti’s career. If you went to the tour, they might look familiar. If you missed it, this is another opportunity to grab the designs without digging through secondhand listings.
The loud green graphics also stand out against the mostly black-and-white pieces elsewhere in the selection. Even years later, the Neon Tour merch has its own look.
Whole Lotta Red Era Merch Joins the Selection
The drop also reaches into Carti’s Whole Lotta Red era, bringing back the darker imagery associated with that period.
Among the listings are the Devil’s Trill Sheet Music Tee, Teeth Tee, and Black Leather Devil Tee, each priced at $50. The designs range from blue sheet music printed on black to a close-up teeth graphic and a small black-and-white image on a white tee.
Fans looking for heavier pieces can browse the Big Face Long Sleeve at $100, along with the Ghost Hoodie and Opium Logo Hoodie at $150 each. The Vamp Tee is also listed at $150.
Seeing the Neon Tour designs alongside these pieces makes the shift in Carti’s visuals easy to spot. The selection moves from bright butterfly graphics to stark portraits, gothic imagery, and stripped-back lettering.
More Carti Tees, Blankets, and Accessories
There is more to the release than tour merch.
The Metal Music Baby Tee and Carti Text Tee are both listed at $50. The baby tee features a MUSIC graphic with contrasting black trim, while the Carti Text Tee keeps things simple with oversized black lettering on white.
Accessories include a PBC Small Dagger Beanie and an Antagonist Scarf, both listed at $40. Parental Advisory blankets are also available in black and white versions at $100 each.
For fans who already have enough artist tees in the closet, the accessories give the selection a few other options.
The Release Follows Yesterday’s YVL x BAPE Drop
The Interscope selection follows yesterday’s Playboi Carti YVL x BAPE collaboration, which we covered here at The Kitchen.
With the BAPE release and now older merch available online after ComplexCon, there is plenty for Carti fans to look through. The Neon Tour pieces will appeal to anyone still attached to the Die Lit days, while the darker designs bring the Whole Lotta Red era back into focus.
Fans can browse the selection through Interscope’s merchandise collection. Prices listed here reflect the store screenshots at the time of coverage.
Stay tuned to The Kitchen for further updates on Playboi Carti and the latest in music, streetwear and culture.
