Yeat x Fortnite Trailer Reveals First Look at New Skins
Yeat is bringing his world to Fortnite.
A new trailer highlighting the Yeat Fortnite collab gives fans a look at the rapper’s upcoming skins, following a preview he shared on his Instagram Story yesterday, October 13. With the characters now getting their own screen time, there’s more to check out than a cryptic teaser.
For fans who have been waiting to see how Yeat would look in the game, this is the part worth paying attention to.
A Look at Yeat’s Fortnite Skins
Yeat has built a recognizable world around his music, from the way he styles his releases to the visuals that come with each era. A Fortnite crossover gives that world another place to live—and gives fans something they can actually equip.
Check out screenshots of the skins below.
Yeat Previewed the Collab on Instagram
Before the latest trailer arrived, Yeat shared a preview on his Instagram Story on October 13, adding to the anticipation around the crossover.
Now, the conversation moves from what a Yeat Fortnite collab could look like to the designs themselves. The trailer gives fans a closer look, though it shouldn’t be treated as a complete breakdown of everything coming with the release.
Fortnite Keeps Linking With Rap’s Next Generation
Yeat’s crossover follows Fortnite collaborations with EsDeeKid and Lil Tecca earlier this year. Both artists brought their identities into the game, continuing a run of collaborations with rappers whose audiences already live across music, gaming and internet culture.
As we covered when Lil Tecca’s Fortnite collaboration was first teased, these crossovers have become another way for artists to reach fans beyond a song or music video.
Ken Carson has also been part of that conversation. The Opium rapper previously sparked speculation after receiving a gift from the Fortnite team, which we covered in our report on the rumored Ken Carson x Fortnite collab. That potential crossover remains a rumor, but Yeat’s new trailer gives fans another reason to keep watching who Fortnite links with next.
There’s an obvious overlap here. The same fans following these artists’ drops, merch and shows are logging into Fortnite, too. Bringing the artists into the game makes that connection more direct.
Yeat’s Fortnite Jam Tracks Revealed
The Yeat Fortnite collab is bringing music into the game, too. Three Jam Tracks have been revealed:
Gët Busy
If We Being Rëal
Monëy so big
The lineup pulls from different points in Yeat’s catalog, pairing the early breakout tracks “Gët Busy” and “Monëy so big” with the darker sound of “If We Being Rëal.” Alongside the skins, fans will be able to play the tracks in Fortnite Festival.
What’s Next for Yeat x Fortnite?
The skins are the main attraction in this latest preview. Anyone looking to pick them up should keep an eye on Fortnite’s official channels for release information and a full breakdown of the collaboration.
