Yeat Revisits the Album That Changed His Career
Yeat is celebrating the fifth anniversary of his debut studio album, Up 2 Më, with a new collection of physical releases and collectibles.
Released on September 10, 2021, Up 2 Më became the project that helped transform Yeat from an emerging underground artist into one of the defining voices of a new rap generation. Exactly five years later, the rapper is revisiting that pivotal era with an anniversary drop created for longtime fans and collectors.
The new Yeat Up 2 Më anniversary merch includes vinyl records, CDs, a 3D figure and a poster pack inspired by the album.
‘Up 2 Më’ Helped Introduce Yeat to a Global Audience
Up 2 Më arrived during Yeat’s rapid rise in 2021 and featured several songs that would become essential entries in his catalog.
The 22 track album includes “Gët Busy,” “Turban,” “Twizzy Rich,” “U Could Tëll” and “Monëy So Big.” Powered by Yeat’s distorted vocals, unpredictable delivery and futuristic production, the project established a sound that would influence a wave of artists across the underground.
“Monëy So Big” became one of the rapper’s biggest early songs, while “Gët Busy” helped introduce his signature use of bells to a much larger audience. The album later became Yeat’s first project to enter the Billboard 200.

Unlike a traditional apparel focused merchandise release, Yeat’s latest collection places an emphasis on physical music and displayable collectibles.

- A collectible 3D Yeat figure
- An anniversary poster pack
The vinyl and CD editions give fans an opportunity to own physical copies of an album that initially built much of its audience through streaming and social media. Meanwhile, the 3D figure stands out as the collection’s most unconventional item, turning Yeat’s imagery from the era into a full collectible.
The accompanying poster pack offers another way for fans to bring the visual world of Up 2 Më off the screen.

Yeat’s anniversary collection arrives as the sound and aesthetic introduced during the Up 2 Më era continue to hold a major place in his career.
Rather than allowing the anniversary to pass with a standard social media tribute, Yeat is giving fans physical pieces connected to the project’s legacy. The inclusion of vinyl, CDs, posters and a figure also makes this one of his most collector-oriented releases to date.
Fans interested in the collection should act quickly, particularly if any of the physical items are produced in limited quantities. Earlier this year Yeat released his album A Dangerous Lyfe/A Dangerous Love (ADL) and he recently became involved in a rap beef with Travis Scott.
